USCIS Reaches H-1B FY2027 Cap of 85,000, No Second Lottery

USCIS reached the 85,000-slot H-1B cap for FY2027 by June 30, 2026, including 65,000 regular and 20,000 master’s exemptions. As sufficient petitions were filed, no second lottery will be conducted this fiscal year.
