Indian-American Leaders Launch Azadi Ka Mahotsav at NY Consulate

On July 17 Indian-American leaders gathered at the Consulate General of India in New York for a curtain-raiser and media conference.

The gathering aimed to unite various organizations in preparation for India's 80th Independence Day and America's 250th anniversary.

NAIO's mission to build a collaborative national platform received strong backing from Consul General Binaya Pradhan.

The main Azadi Ka Mahotsav celebration is scheduled for August 15 at the Long Island Marriott.
