IIM Bangalore to Open First Overseas Campus in Indonesia, Modi Announces

Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore will open its first overseas campus in Indonesia. The campus will be established through a memorandum of understanding with PT Intelegensia Grahatama, an Indonesian company.

The project will be executed in two phases. The announcement was made during an official event, highlighting growing educational ties between India and Indonesia.

IIM Bangalore is one of India's premier business schools, and this move marks its first expansion outside the country. The campus aims to offer management education programs to students in the region.
