The Protect American Values Act has been referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee and the House Judiciary Committee. It is unlikely to pass the Republican-controlled Senate, but the bill serves as a marker for Democrats' opposition to the administration's immigration policies ahead of the 2020 elections.
