Indian Overseas Congress USA Launches Michigan Chapter, Expands National Presence

Indian Overseas Congress USA (IOC USA) officially launched its Michigan State Chapter on June 26, 2026, during a ceremony that also marked a major national expansion. The event was held at St. Toma Hall in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Nearly 700 attendees gathered for the launch, including professionals, community leaders, and supporters. The chapter's establishment is part of IOC USA's broader effort to strengthen its organizational footprint across the United States.

The Michigan chapter aims to engage the Indian diaspora in the state and promote the values and objectives of the Indian Overseas Congress. Organizers highlighted the importance of community involvement and political awareness among Indian Americans.
