Tainted Officers & Islamist ideologue of India's opposition: World's biggest Pedophilia in Making.
Opinion Published by NRI Herald Australia 21 September 2021
Indian state of Rajasthan govt amends Marriage Act, allows registration of child marriages.
In 21st century when the world is moving forward to towards AI, Data science and space tourism there are few ex IPS officers and opposition's islamic Parties like INC in India are moving backwards to "Islamic Sharia era" where pedophilia and child marriages where Islamists tools to rape underage girls in the name of Islam.
India's state of Rajasthan government on Friday passed a new law to make the registration of child marriages compulsory in a state notorious for underage marriages. The opposition criticised the law as legitimising child marriages.
As per the NFHS-4 (2015-16), in India, 27 per cent of women aged 20-24 years got married before attaining the legal minimum age of 18. For Rajasthan, the number stood at 35 per cent.
The state assembly passed the Rajasthan Compulsory Registration of Marriages (Amendment) Bill, 2021 by voice vote to amend the Rajasthan Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act 2009. There is not much difference between the both. The 2009 act had stated the same, with the only difference being that the age mentioned was 21 years for both boys and girls.
"Child" and "Marriage" in the same sentence - The new bill has following provisions:
Mandatory registration of marriages, including child marriages
The bride and groom within a child marriage can apply for registration of marriage to the marriage registration officer of the place where they have been residing for more than 30 days. In case they are below the prescribed ages, their parents can also get the registration done within 30 days of the marriage
While earlier, only the District Marriage Registration Officer (DMRO) was authorised to register the marriages, the bill passed on Friday empowers the government to appoint Additional DMRO and Block MRO to register marriages
A widow or a widower, or their children, parents or kin in case both have died, can register their marriage within 30 days of the death.
Independent MLA Sanyam Lodha, who supported the formation of the Congress government in the state, said that the Bill
“justifies child marriage, it is wrong, against the people. There is now an abundance of people who educate their children and don’t like child marriages. But if you justify child marriages, this will send a wrong message to the nation. The Rajasthan assembly will be humiliated before the entire nation.”
Tainted IPS officer and his absurd reasoning behind allowing Child Marriages registration in Rajasthan:
The ex IPS (Indian Police Services) officer in his tweet says:
Puberty is Nature's signal of biological eligibility for marriage. So why shud Govt interfere in people's lives by prescribing marriageable age after puberty? Is Govt more concerned for children's welfare than parents? Best to leave age of marriage after puberty to parents/family
Once backlashed by the public, the tainted ex IPS officer retweeted with Racists comment against hindus which said:
From comments and replies to my above tweet it becomes abundantly clear that a lot of people especially Hindus seem to suffer from: 1. Reading Disabilities; and/or 2. Deficient Comprehension Skills.
India's ruling party's Delhi BJP leader replied with a tweet which said:
If you think daughters should be married at the age of 10 years. Your birth in this ever evolving Hindu Dharma is useless. Puberty not mean need of marriage It simply mean need of sanitary pads, And Yes Kids are Supreme National Assets not personal properties of parents.
M . Nageshwar Rao's Corrupt History:
M. Nageshwar Rao, additional director, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), who was shunted out of the premier probe agency in July 2019 and appointed as General (DG) Fire Services, Civil Defence & Home Guard, has had a controversial career path with several complaints of financial irregularities, influencing investigations and scuttling probes against him.
Rakesh Asthana, IPS who was pulled down as CBI Director granted 1 year as CP Delhi Police. Tainted M. Nageswara Rao IPS who was dreaming to be CBI director from interim director, pulling his hairs and abusing Modi every day on twitter
Rao, a 1986-batch IPS officer, was appointed as the interim CBI chief amid a spat between then Director General Alok Verma and Special Director Rakesh Asthana last year. Rao is said to be close to Central Vigilance Commissioner K.V. Chaudhary, who is the nodal authority for the induction and repatriation of officers in the CBI.
Rao has been accused of financial irregularities right from his time as the chief of fire service directorate in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha. Some of the complaints against him include scuttling and influencing investigations within the CBI, misappropriation of funds while in office and his wife’s involvement in a shell company. Nageshwar Rao was at the centre of CBI vs CBI controversy as a day after taking charge as interim director, on October 24, he has transferred 13 CBI officers.
These transfers were revoked in January this year by Alok Verma when the Supreme Court reinstated him as CBI director. Verma's order was however nullified by Rao on January 11 when Verma was once again removed and Rao was appointed as CBI's interim boss.
According to a complaint to then Joint Director Singh on 20 February 2018, a copy of which has been accessed by ThePrint, Rao, in connivance with another senior official in Delhi, had closed inquiries against more than 70 Indian Revenue Services (IRS) officers, whose name figured in the arm dealer Sanjay Bhandari diaries.
According to the complaint, it was on 28 December 2016, the Chennai CBI had registered a case against VGN developers, but Rao failed to instruct the investigating officer to conduct any search operations in connection with the case.
“Due to this serious lapse, some serious evidence of bribery by the VGN Developers to various state and central government officials was lost,” the complaint stated.
Once a Darling of Right Wingers now a Tainted WOKE creep- What went wrong!
As steve irwin once said:
Crocodiles are easy. They try to kill and eat you. People are harder sometimes, they pretend to be your friend first.
M. Nageshwar Rao is no different. Once the Darling of Right Wingers on social media nowadays don't leave any stone unturned to support Anti-Government ideology. but what went wrong- NRI Herald did some digging and found the following:
India's so called freelance politician Subramanian Swamy fought against Rakesh Asthana and supported Alok Verma as CBI Director who leaked India's RAW folks' name and pulled down Rakesh Asthana. Rakesh Asthana, IPS who was pulled down as CBI Director has been lately granted 1 year as Commissioner of Delhi Police.
Well rewarded. Slap on Swamy.
Tainted M. Nageswara Rao IPS who was dreaming to be CBI director from interim director, pulling his hairs and abusing PM Modi along with his buddies every day on twitter.
Loyalty pays, It seems India's PM Modi works ONLY with very trusted people and not tainted opportunists like M. Nageshwar Rao. Alok Verma who leaked India's RAW information was sacked by PM Modi and he is biting the dust now, M. Nageswara Rao IPS was tainted and now spitting venom against Modi on daily basis on Twitter and Swamy who was getting inside info from Alok Verma now dry on leaks.
Rakesh Asthana is rewarded and smiling, A good Leader never forget his best loyal team. isn't ?
